The company’s production process begins with an in-depth analysis of the client’s ideas, operational requirements and technical challenges. This approach enables us to develop bespoke solutions, designed to integrate seamlessly into the final product and ensure maximum added value. This initial consultation is essential for assessing, with complete transparency, the technical feasibility and the actual competitive advantage derived from the use of an extruded aluminium profile.

Following a meticulous analysis of the required profile, the die to be used for extrusion is customised to produce the desired profile. The resulting semi-finished product is then tested using specialised simulations to ensure its performance and efficiency.

With over 20 years of collaborations under its belt, AD Solutions is able to identify the right supply channels for extruded profiles, based on the technical specifications required by the project. We are able to guarantee the production of a wide range of profiles: from profiles weighing 0.08 kg per linear metre to profiles weighing 50–70 kg, with complex geometries and tight tolerances, including the use of structural alloys.

The aluminium extrusion produced by the extrusion process is ready for further processing once it has been thoroughly inspected and cut to size. Thanks to our state-of-the-art machinery and a highly specialised team AD Soutions is able to provide a full range of machining services to transform aluminium profiles into components or finished products.

AD Solutions It ensures comprehensive management of every type of surface finish. From anodised finishes, involving mechanical processes such as brushing, polishing and mirror finishing, to powder coating, liquid painting and even sublimation printing. The various finishes available for aluminium profiles ensure the highest aesthetic quality whilst also extending the product’s durability and lifespan thanks to their resistance to corrosion, stains and scratches.

The mechanical assembly of components such as pins or bushings, or the assembly of finished products such as doors or furniture fittings, ready for use or installation. Where the project requires it, assembly is carried out using equipment and assembly benches specifically designed for the mass production of the specific product. Once assembled, the products are packaged and are ready for their final use. The entire process is constantly monitored, ensuring quality control throughout the supply chain.
